Who we are
The Nova books are written by a team of curriculum designers, UK examiners and materials developers who have seen first-hand how outdated resources fail learners.
Nova began when we set out to produce bespoke learning materials for a niece who was studying for the 11+. The materials she had been given were deficient in many ways.
Most practice papers are sound, but they are formulaic, and publishers recycle the content again and again over many years. We thought a fresh approach and a new set of learning materials would be a good intervention to make. Every Nova book is original: nothing recycled, everything designed from scratch by assessment experts.
